On the roads of the Rally Monza WRC, Andrea Mabellini and Virginia Lenzi, on Skoda Fabia Evo Rally2, win the 35th edition of the Rally Prealpi Orobiche.

The race, which began on Saturday 24th with the double test of the San Fermo Hills, showed Mabellini able to win right from the start and that he prevailed on both passes, initially on Marco Silva (VW Polo) and then on Marco Colombi (Skoda Fabia).

Today we raced on the Selvino test and then on the Valserina where Colombi-Rivoir attacked and after the Nembro-Selvino they passed to the command of the absolute, an advantage that did not last long because on the next test (won by the Skoda of Bondioni) Andrea and Virginia have returned to command. With two races to go, their advantage over Colombi was 3 ″ 9 with third overall Ghelfi-Marchioni (Skoda Fabia) at 23 ″.

The race is decided in Selvino where Ilario Bondioni wins again but Andrea Mabellini brings the advantage over Marco Colombi to 6 ″, an advantage that cannot be bridged.

Colombi-Rivoir win the last timed stretch and seal the second place overall at 4 ″ 1 from the deserved winners Mabellini-Lenzi. Loris Ghelfi resists on the podium in third place at 44 ″ 1 from Mabellini.
